We're so happy you're considering joining us on the mat! To make your first visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible, here are a few things you should know:
Bookyour class online in advance via our website or schedule page. This guarantees your spot and helps us prepare for your arrival. We also have an app.
Arriveat least 15 minutes early. The studio opens 30 minutes before class. This gives us time to show you around, get to know you, and answer any questions you might have.
Wearcomfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Layers are a good idea so you can adjust to the room temperature.
Nomat? No problem. You can borrow a studio mat and other props when you're starting out.
Tryit all. We offer an Introduction Card: for only €30, you can try as many different classes as you like for 2 weeks. A great way to explore and find what suits you.
Ourclasses are taught in English, but most of our teachers also speak Dutch. Feel free to ask questions in Dutch before or after class.
Changingrooms and showers are available if you need them.
Nophones in the studio space. We aim to keep the room quiet and focused.
Shoesoff at the door. Please leave them in the designated area.

YinYoga
Aquiet, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues. Great for stress relief, flexibility, and turning inward. Perfect if you're looking to slow down and relax.
SomaticYin
Aslower, even more intuitive version of yin yoga. This class includes gentle movement and moments of stillness to reconnect with your body and breath. Ideal if you're recovering from stress or simply want to move with more awareness.
EasyFlow
Asoft and accessible flow class. You'll be guided through simple sequences at a slower pace, making this a great entry point into more active yoga styles. No previous experience needed.
VinyasaBasic
Afoundational class that teaches the basics of flow-based yoga. You'll learn how to move with your breath through sun salutations and common poses. Great if you want to build strength, flexibility, and coordination.
AshtangaBasic
Aguided introduction to the traditional Ashtanga Yoga method. We focus on the first part of the Primary Series with clear instructions and time to learn. Best if you enjoy structure and want to develop a steady practice.
MysoreAshtanga
Thisis a self-paced class within a group setting. You'll be personally guided by the teacher and gradually build up your own sequence. Ideal if you want individual support and like learning at your own rhythm. Beginners are welcome-just show up, and we'll guide you from the very first step.
Start where you are.
You don't need to be flexible or experienced. Yoga meets you exactly as you are, and our teachers are here to support your journey; no pressure, no judgment.
Stickwith it for a few classes.
The first class might feel unfamiliar or even awkward (that's normal!). Give yourself 2-3 tries before you decide how it feels.
Letthe teacher know it's your first time.
We'll keep an eye on you, offer helpful cues, and make sure you feel comfortable.
Youcan rest anytime.
In every class, you're free to take breaks, pause in child's pose, or skip a movement. Listening to your body is part of the practice.

Each style and teacher is a little different. Be curious, explore, and trust that you'll find your rhythm.
