What does a typical class look like?
The tempo of the Easy Flow Yoga class is slow. You are active, but the relaxed postures are done with control. It is stretching and relaxing and the emphasis of the exercises is not on power now and suppleness, but rather on the strengthening of the muscles, bones and joints.
